Get ready to float to Cloud 9 at the upcoming Head in the Clouds festival from May 11 – 12 at the historic Forest Hills Stadium, New York City.
Head in the Clouds, founded by 88 Rising, first made its festival debut in 2018 at the Los Angeles State Historic Park. The festival featured a lineup of Asian and Asian-American artists, such as Rich Brian, Joji, Higher Brothers, and Keith Ape.
Since 2018, the festival has continued to evolve, hosting its California festival dates since 2020 at the Rose Bowl in Pasadena, California, and its first New York City date in 2023.
With a mission of representation, community building, and celebration of diversity at the forefront, the Head in the Cloud’s festival continues to pave the way for Asian and Asian-American artists by showcasing a variety of genres, from hip-hop and R&B to pop and electronic music resulting in a reflection of the richness and complexity of Asian musical traditions.
Now returning to New York City for the second year in a row, Head in the Clouds is gracing fans with an amazing line up just in time for Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month. HITC has notably become one of the biggest AAPI Heritage Celebrations nationwide.
The festival will feature incredible lineups each day, with artists like Young Posse, Juliet Ivy, Thuy, Eyedress, BiBi, Atarashii Gakko!, and many others taking the stage. Fans can also look forward to (G)I-DLE and Joji as the headliners for the two-day-fest.
