On an unprecedentedly warm October night, the streets of Philadelphia bustled outside the restaurant and music venue, Milk Boy. With tour spanning many states in only a few consecutive days, Greet Death and Low Animal were set to put on a performance in the busy city. Fans crowded together tentatively waiting in the corridor-like room for the show to start. Opening the night with a thrilling set, Low Animal did not fail to disappoint crowd expectations for the tone of the evening. With the introduction of their lively and motion-filled set, the night was sure to be full of sensational enjoyment.

Greet Death came on stage not long after Low Animal concluded their set, which provided a seamless transition between the two performances. Greet Death’s set was incredibly cohesive and inclusive within the orchestration of instruments. Encompassing a mix of older releases and new unreleased tracks, Greet Death kept fans on their toes with their setlist selection. It provided a momentary presence within the performance which kept crowd engagement high. Including easy to repeat songs like “Crush” off their 2019 album and, their most recent 2024 release, “Same But Different Now” kept the crowd entranced in the performance. It provided a level of enjoyable unpredictability that made the set so memorable. As lovely as it is to go to a concert and know every word to every song, it was even more exciting and entertaining to allow for variety and wonder within the span of discography covered. The second leg of this tour begins in December 2024 and will be sure to charm fans in cities across the country.
