WOW! What a performance by Dayglow in Philadelphia. Sound and sight: everything strobing in technicolor. Every song flowed seamlessly into the next, pulling the crowd along on the journey. With positively encouraging banter by Sloan Struble, the crowd was brought to life and put into collective motion. Each song was a moment of unified excitement and unparalleled joy.
The bright visuals and engaging musical performance was pure ecstasy. It would be completely amiss of me to not mention the elated little jig that Sloan danced across the stage throughout the show. How could you not dance along? Everyone in the crowd was on the same level of youthful and innocent glee. Each song sent straight to cloud-nine. I found myself mesmerized by the present moment of euphoria.
I was unable to stop smiling as I danced along to each song. Each person in my view was beaming as well; it was impossible not to be in a room of such infectious bliss. I got these tickets after having a bad day at work and let me tell you this was surely the medicine I needed. If you need a pick-me-up, go out and get some Dayglow tickets ASAP!
