Get ready to meet your newest obsession.

Australian based artist Wolfjay just recently signed to Sleep Well Records, becoming the first nonbinary artist to be signed to the label.

When discussing how she went about discovering Wolfjay, lablemate Pronoun states that “Wolfjay discovered my music somehow and reached out asking if they could remix ‘Stay’. They then sent over some tracks they were working on and when I slammed the play button I just couldn’t stop.”

Wolfjay’s first track released on the label, titled “Together”, dropped on August 2nd.

Wolfjay had this to say about “Together”:

“I wrote Together the day Australia voted to legalise same-sex marriage in that nation wide plebiscite, laying on the floor in a recording studio with someone I found fascinating and incredible and lovely. We drank prosecco until there wasn’t any left and took turns being honest with each other. Together is about having the freedom of being absorbed by the warmth and weight of being close to someone, sharing the same space for a moment and letting it consume you, finally letting go of every stressful thing that’s trying to steal that moment away — forgetting the future together.”

“Together” is streaming now on all major platforms. Check it out here.
