Sipping the final drops of warmth and playfulness from an end of August evening, there was a bright energy pervading the streets of Philadelphia. Lazyacres, a groovy surf-rock band from the city of brotherly love, celebrated the release of their EP “nospacebar”. With themes of wild Western wonder and sparkling cowboys, the show was exemplary of the EP’s joyous and charismatic nature.
Friends and fans gathered at an intimate house venue to celebrate the release of the new EP. Topped with strobing technicolor lights and bright red prairie punch for the crowd, the excitement of the evening was difficult to contain. Dancing party goers entered off of the Philly streets looking for a fun night only to find much more; an exploration of new music.
