On March 27th, the Canadian-American singer known as Grandson released a collaboration track titled “Whole Lotta” with the pop-rock trio Dreamers.

This acoustic single opens with a slower guitar tune that lingers throughout the entire song with lyrics discussing that despite the hardships that were experienced in past relationships and friendships, there is still a lot of love held for those that were involved. The first verse talks about putting their ex’s belongings “in the back of an Uber, just so I wouldn’t have to see you” and then goes into the chorus where Dreamers joins in to say that they still have a “whole lotta love” for them.

Grandson stated in an Instagram post that “Whole Lotta” is a single that talks about growing out of what you were and “finding forgiveness for the bumps along the road that took you to who you’ve become”.

For fans of Dreamers and grandson, this could not have been a more perfect collaboration. You can listen to this track below.
