Maggie Lindemann released her newest album SUCKERPUNCH following the success of her 2021 EP PARANOIA and 2016 viral pop hit “Pretty Girl.” You may recognize her from opening for Sabrina Carpenter or Madison Beer. We had the pleasure to attend a conference with other outlets and speak with her about this release.

Maggie believes that if she could tell her “Pretty Girl” era anything it would be for her to focus on her music and forget everything else – she sees chaos when listening to SUCKERPUNCH and imagines it in an action movie. In the end, she wants her fans to be comfortable when they listen to it. Maggie looks at creating music as therapy and she really wants people to listen to this new album and feel like they have someone they can relate to.

She worked alongside Sleeping with Sirens’ Kellin Quinn for the album on the song “how could you do this to me?” Sleeping with Sirens has been one of her favorite bands since middle school so getting to work alongside Kellin was “unreal” and recalls it being an easy collaboration.

You can listen to SUCKERPUNCH on all streaming services now.
